Groups
The residence rooms (total of 32) can be rented by groups, at special rates, in the Spring and Summer (from May through August). Conference facilities may also available to your group in The Presbyterian College. A great location, with good facilities, at a great price for group meetings.
Summer VisitorS
Individual residence rooms can be rented in the summer months – although a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. The cost for summer room rentals is $65/night. The cost for a one-week stay is $350/week. Discounts are available for larger groups.
Parking
Visitors of The Presbyterian College may park in The Presbyterian College parking lot (entrance on Milton St.), in the spaces numbered 1 through 4, but need to contact the College reception ahead of time to check availability, and present themselves at the reception to obtain a permit upon arrival. Long-term parking space is also available for rental.
All cars (visitors included) have to display a valid parking permit obtained from The Presbyterian College administration. Parking fee is $15.00/day.
PrezRez is located in the heart of the beautiful city of Montreal, and on the edge of McGill University. The residence makes a great home for students (at a great price) on the edge of campus. The residence is also close to the following sites and attractions, especially important if you are planning a summer visit to the city (click for links to each website).
